HR Director

Iconic Resourcing is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead a HR function within an organisation committed to best practice and high standards.

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring a proactive and effective service across all HR functions.
• Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations, recruitment, and HR policy matters.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and wellbeing.
• Lead key HR projects in line with the organisation's strategic goals.

• Recognised qualifications in HR or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in managing an HR function.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in coaching and supporting managers across various HR matters.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
