Personal Assistant for Lady with Health/Mobility Issues

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Assistant to support a lady with health and mobility issues in Norwich. The successful candidate will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help with household tasks.
Job Purpose:The purpose of this role is to provide support and companionship to a lady who requires assistance with daily living tasks due to her health and mobility issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, and helping with household tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with daily activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
- Help with household tasks, such as grocery shopping and meal preparation
- Support the lady with her mobility, including transfers and wheelchair use
- Provide companionship and social support
- Experience working with individuals with health and mobility issues
- Ability to provide personal care and assist with daily activities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The successful candidate will work 16 hours per week, with 2 x 8 hour days. The days and times of work are flexible and can be negotiated.
Rate of Pay:The rate of pay for this position is £12.50 per hour.

The post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer. The successful candidate will also be required to complete recommended training, particularly Autism Awareness.
