NCAA Investment Banking Role

At the NCAA, we're committed to excellence in all aspects of our organization, including investment banking. Our European Leveraged Finance Group is a key part of this effort, working closely with clients to provide expert advice and support on complex financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Originating, structuring, and executing bank loan, high yield bond, and bridge financings to support corporate clients and financial sponsors.
  2. Providing capital structure advice and committed capital in support of strategic transactions, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  3. Collaborating with other areas across the firm, including Investment Banking sector and country coverage teams, to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years of experience in an investment banking analyst position or comparable financial role; or an MBA or equivalent graduate degree in a financial discipline and minimum 1 year of experience.
  2. Strong analytical orientation, with experience performing financial and credit analysis in Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Demonstrated interest in finance, companies, transactions, and financial markets, with a strong understanding of the nuances of the investment banking industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
