About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Coordinator to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. As a key member of our Preparation department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of production staff to achieve daily production goals and objectives
  • Complete daily paperwork, including health and safety reports, temperature monitoring, and quality control checks
  • Use initiative to problem-solve and escalate issues as necessary
  • Maintain high audit standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with covering holiday shifts and provide support to colleagues as needed
  • Work independently, completing compliance checks and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Have a keen eye for detail and ensure a right-first-time approach to production
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Confident and clear communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and motivate others

  • Basic understanding of health and safety and environmental practices and processes
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on delivering production plans and meeting key performance indicators
