Equipment Compliance Specialist

VRS-UK is a world-leading pharmaceutical testing CRO, and we are seeking an enthusiastic Equipment Compliance Specialist to join our team.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The role will involve:
- Verifying instrument calibration and service data for multiple GMP analytical equipment, including HPLC, dissolution, Karl Fischer, etc.
- Updating and writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Supporting internal audits to ensure compliance with GMP standards
- Liaising closely with analysts and team leaders to ensure adherence to GMP standards
- Authorising quality documents, such as Installation Qualification (IQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), and Operational Qualification (OQ)
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a broad knowledge of analytical chemistry equipment and a strong understanding of GMP regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Chemistry or a related subject
- Pharmaceutical analysis experience in a GMP environment
- Strong knowledge of various analytical chemistry techniques and instrumentation
- Qualification and validation of analytical equipment is highly desirable
