The Assurance Automation team at Man Group plc is responsible for ensuring robust security controls across the business. As a Security Controls Analyst, you will play a crucial role in establishing and documenting security controls, ensuring their relevance and effectiveness. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing a controls maturity framework, managing test cases, creating interactive dashboards in PowerBI, generating comprehensive reports, and analysing large datasets to identify trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate external security assessments.
  • Maintain, develop, and refine management reports.
  • Document and manually test existing security controls, identifying candidates for automation.
  • Map existing controls to industry standards (ISO, NIST) and/or established industry frameworks (MITRE).
  • Work towards improving policies and processes.
  • Actively contribute to team documentation.
  • Assist with audits and reports.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience within InfoSec.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Experience of frameworks, controls.
  • ISO experience.
  • Experience building governance controls.
  • Power BI experience or similar would be beneficial.
  • Python experience is desirable but not essential.
