About Exmoor National Park Authority - Heritage Fund

The Exmoor Pioneers Programme, backed by £1.25 million in funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund, is a four-year initiative aimed at enhancing nature, heritage, and community on Exmoor.
This transformative project celebrates Exmoor's unique landscape and heritage, ensuring its future for generations to come.
We are seeking an experienced Project Co-ordinator to join our team and support the Exmoor Pioneers Programme on a part-time basis, working 29.6 hours per week for a four-year fixed-term contract.
The Role
As a Project Co-ordinator, you will lead the co-ordination of our Exmoor Pioneers Programme, ensuring its successful delivery.
You will manage the programme team, oversee public events, and liaise with education providers to deliver the skills component.
You will also convene and service meetings, maintain the programme's public profile, and compile quarterly reports for the National Lottery Heritage Fund, ensuring all activities align with grant terms and organisational standards.
In this role, you will work closely with the communications team on publicity and press releases, oversee the evaluation strand of the programme in collaboration with a consultant, and ensure effective coordination and budget compliance across all programme components.
About You
To be considered as a Project Co-ordinator, you will need:
- Experience delivering and/or coordinating substantial projects or work programmes.
- Experience managing contractors.
- Experience working with funding bodies and grant reporting.
- Experience of the skills sector, managing internships, etc.
- A good understanding of the environmental sector and/or Protected Landscapes.
- Management and/or supervisory skills.
What We Offer
The salary range for this position is £36,124 - £40,476 per annum (pro rata).
You will receive 30 days' holiday per annum, plus Bank Holidays (pro rata), paid sickness leave, Local Government Pension Scheme, and flexible working options.
