To deliver high-quality painting and decorating services in accordance with QE Facilities' standards and requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Carry out redecoration and maintenance work to a high standard.
  • Interpret and work from instructions, drawings, and specifications without supervision.
  • Participate in the operation of QE Facilities' helpdesk, completing work dockets and job sheets.
  • Perform paperhanging, plaster patching, dry lining, and other related tasks.
  • Erect and dismantle modular scaffolding as required.
  • Apply new products and materials, adhering to relevant training and guidelines.
  • Take off quantities of materials for painting projects.
