TB Policy Adviser Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of TB Policy Adviser. This role is crucial to the success of our Bovine TB eradication program, and we require someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of animal health and agriculture.

About the Role:

As a TB Policy Adviser, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies for controlling the spread of Bovine TB. Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert advice on TB control measures, managing project teams, and prioritising work. You will also contribute to the development of policies and strategies aimed at eradicating Bovine TB.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree and proven expertise and experience in animal health or a related area.
  • Agricultural background and experience working with farmers or food producers.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to research, analyse, and collate complex issues clearly.
  • Can-do attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Inspirational leadership qualities.
