This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting students’ educational progress.
You will be working with a regular schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
In addition to your base salary, you will also have access to professional development opportunities, including discounted CPD courses and support for your PGCE and QTS qualifications.
This is an excellent chance to gain practical teaching experience, build confidence, and take the first step toward a fulfilling career in education. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing cover supervision in various subjects, such as Maths, English, Science, History, Geography, Ethics and Philosophy/Religious Education, Modern Foreign Languages (MFL), Technology, and other subjects of your passion.
- Differentiating lessons, managing behaviour, and supporting pupils effectively.
- Learning about school policies and their implementation.
- Exploring how your degree subject aligns with the school curriculum.
