About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Contract Electrical Engineering Professional to join our team in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process, carrying out scheduled maintenance work, and correcting reoccurring machine processing faults.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, with experience in fault finding and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the manufacturing process by responding to equipment breakdowns.
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance work and correct reoccurring machine processing faults.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with operational staff.
  • Provide training and guidance to operational team members.

Requirements:

  • Time-served engineering apprenticeship.
  • Experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in food, FMCG, or packaging manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Promising hourly rate of £36.00.
