Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Recruit Central Limited. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for securing offers from applicants and negotiating with vendors to achieve successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and conduct viewings to showcase properties in the best possible light
  • Secure offers from applicants and skillfully negotiate with vendors to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Manage the progression of sales from initial contact to successful completion
  • Provide accurate and prompt feedback to clients on viewings and sales progress
  • Collaborate with the lettings team to provide ad-hoc support and ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the Estate Agency industry with a strong track record of sales success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the local area and market trends, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (8:30am until 5pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am-1pm)
