Electrical Installation Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Installation Trainer to join our team at Lemur Associates Ltd. As an Electrical Installation Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to adult learners in small classes, ensuring maximum engagement and effective curriculum management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for Electrical Installation
  • Induction and support for students
  • Responsible for hitting training provider pass rate targets
  • Training of students

Requirements:

  • Qualified in NVQ or SVQ level 3 Electrical Installation
  • Industry experience in Electrical installation
  • Preferred: Teaching Qualification - AET, or Cert Ed, Assessors Award - CAVA, TAQA, A1, Previous Training Experience

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £33,000 - £40,000
  • Teaching Qualification and Assessing qualification included
  • Pension starts at 10% and rising 1% per year up to 16%
  • Bupa Healthcare after 1 year Health and Mental Health included
  • Holidays: 43 Days Holiday per year, can sell 5 days or roll them forward
