Research Programme Manager

About the Role
The Research Programme Manager will contribute to the intellectual life of the School/Institute and wider institution. They will be involved in an EU Horizon Europe Funded study, ASP Belong, which aims to co-create an augmented social play-based intervention to improve social connections and sense of belonging in schools across three European countries. The project will include a cluster randomized controlled trial and working alongside arts organisations to co-create the intervention with young people.
About You
Candidates will have a PhD relevant to mental health, a publication record appropriate to experience level, and experience and expertise in organizing and conducting recruitment and data collection, conducting quantitative data analysis, carrying out systematic reviews and mixed methods research. They will also have the ability to work with large teams and communicate complex information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
About the School/Department/Institute/Project
The Unit for Social and Community Psychiatry is part of the Centre for Psychiatry & Mental Health at the Wolfson Institute of Population Health. It focuses on academic discipline, research, and the translation of research into public health strategies and their practical implementation, dedicated to reducing disease and disability.
