Inventory Planner Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to join our team at Adecco. As an Inventory Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our client's supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and analyze the movement of goods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels
  • Develop inventory strategies to support sales goals while minimizing excess stock and maximizing turnover
  • Analyze data to optimize inventory allocation and replenishment
  • Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes and systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Inventory Planner, Demand Planner, or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound business decisions
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) with a degree of start/finish time flexibility.
