About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Spark Architect to join our team at PRACYVA. As a key member of our Global Data Technology (GDT) Team, you will be responsible for driving data integration upgrades to PySpark and working on an enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data integration solutions using PySpark and Spark SQL.
  • Analyze Spark code failures and provide corrective recommendations.
  • Review and optimize PySpark and Spark SQL jobs for performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership stakeholders to drive overall program objectives.
  • Work with cloud databases and monitor Spark jobs using tools like Grafana.
Requirements
  • At least 12+ years of IT experience with a deep understanding of Spark Data Integration, Spark SQL, and Spark Explain plans.
  • Ability to analyze Spark code failures and provide corrective recommendations.
  • Knowledge of data frames, resilient distributed data sets, and memory-related problems.
  • Experience with Cloudera (CDP) Spark and runtime libraries used by PySpark code.
  • High-level understanding of low-code no-code prophecy setup and its use to generate PySpark code.
Preferred Skills
  • Collaboration with multiple customer stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of working with cloud databases.
  • Excellent communication and solution presentation skills.
