**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team in Sittingbourne.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE in Commercial Litigation and a strong understanding of contract law. They will be responsible for managing complex cases, advising clients on litigation strategy, and working closely with the firm's lawyers and support staff.

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial litigation cases, including breach of contract, debt recovery, and insolvency;
  • Advise clients on litigation strategy, including settlement negotiations and court proceedings;
  • Work closely with the firm's lawyers and support staff to deliver excellent client service;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in contract law and litigation procedure;
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years PQE in Commercial Litigation;
  • Strong understanding of contract law and litigation procedure;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and practice management software.
