We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Psychology graduate to join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant, working with children who require additional support and guidance.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Work with children presenting with Autism, Global Delay, and Speech & Language difficulties, providing individualized support and care.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children who are considered vulnerable, typically with Autism statements and may be non-verbal. Prior experience in supporting such individuals is preferred, but not essential.
