We are looking for a highly skilled Clinical Learning Facilitator to join our team at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. In this exciting role, you will work closely with Clinical Educators on both sites to deliver educational, developmental, and training programs focused on Endoscopy services.

About the Role:

Your primary focus will be to support the delivery of high-quality patient care and coaching the next generation of healthcare professionals. As a Clinical Learning Facilitator, you will also assist with the preparation and delivery of classroom-based teaching sessions, clinical skills training, tutorials, workshops, mock exams, and conferences.

You will work under the supervision of the Endoscopy Clinical Educator to support the development of unregistered Health Care Support Workers to progress along a career pathway that can lead to registration. You will also provide coaching and mentoring to learners on various educational and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of high-quality patient care and coaching the next generation of healthcare professionals
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of classroom-based teaching sessions, clinical skills training, tutorials, workshops, mock exams, and conferences
  • Support the development of unregistered Health Care Support Workers to progress along a career pathway that can lead to registration
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to learners on various educational and training programs
