Change Manager

At Prism Healthcare Ltd., we understand that effective transformation is crucial for business growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager - Business Transformation to lead our company's change initiatives.
This role requires a proven track record of delivering process change within an SME, with expertise in behavioural change and project management in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in using Prince 2 methodology and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying and managing change, developing training plans, and building relationships with stakeholders. They will also ensure that all employees affected by the change project are supported throughout the process.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the success of our company. You will receive ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, paid monthly.
