Key Responsibilities

  • Procure stock via Sage50 Accounts
  • Forecast stock levels
  • Pick and pack orders
  • Oversee all goods in and out of the warehouse
  • Liaise with key suppliers
  • Maintain the stock control system in our finance package
  • Track customer orders
  • Ensure warehouse health and safety
  • Support exhibitions and events
  • Raise and address non-conformances, planned deviations, changes, risks, and improvements as required
  • Adhere to ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 requirements in testing and quality control procedures
  • Comply with company policies and health and safety and business systems manuals
  • Ensure commitment to impartiality, confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of information
  • Adhere to all policy, procedure, regulatory, customer, and standard requirements relating to quality, information security, and environmental management systems

Requirements

  • Minimum requirement is to be educated to degree level or equivalent or have at least 3 years warehouse experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Numerically proficient
