Site Coordinator Role for EV Charging Infrastructure Development

Connected Kerb is seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to support the accelerated delivery of its EV charging infrastructure network in the UK and overseas markets.

This exciting role will involve overseeing the health, safety, and quality of on-site works as part of the installed EVCP build programme. The successful candidate will conduct inspections, audits, and sign off certificates for work completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect construction works, comparing them with project drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure construction works adhere to CDM, safety regulations, and prioritise safety.
  • Approve Practical Completions versus approved design and Accepted Programme.
  • Certify all works complete to the Contract & Commercial team for payment.
  • Support onboarding and exit processes for install partners.
  • Advise on technical issues where required.
  • Liaise with Connected Kerb's installer partners and surveyors.
  • Produce regular reports to update clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and document discrepancies between work and project specifications.
  • Work with the HSEQ department to ensure health, safety, legal, construction, and quality requirements are met.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • 5+ years of construction site supervision experience.
  • NRSWA Street Works Supervisor.
  • Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) course: Site Safety Plus.
  • CSCS Card - Supervisor.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Estimated Salary Range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
