About the Role

The main aim of this Operations Coordinator will be to provide administration support to our customers. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate customer contracts and records in a timely manner using our database. Additionally, you will ensure all maintenance and system housekeeping is up to date, including address changes and billing information.

This is a full-time position, working hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. You will be fully office-based for training and then allowed to work from home at least 2 days a week. We offer free local parking, fantastic company benefits, trendy and modern offices, and a starting salary of £24,000.
