Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be working with a global market leading business to find a Procurement Specialist for their procurement team in Sheffield.

This role involves managing procurement for raw materials in the UK, ensuring seamless material availability to keep operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing programs to enhance service reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness in nominated commodity areas, as well as identifying potential suppliers, issuing RFQs, and managing supplier relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing/mechanical parts components, previous experience within procurement, skilled negotiation abilities, and strong IT skills.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per year, plus benefits including CIPS study support, private healthcare, enhanced maternity and paternity package, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and pension scheme, are on offer.

Benefits also include flexible hybrid working (3 days' on-site, 2 days' work from home), life assurance, and opportunities for career development and growth.
