Compliance Director

Oyster is seeking a seasoned compliance professional to join their team as a Head of Compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for maintaining the highest standards in compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior compliance role, ideally within the real estate industry. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance strategy that aligns with Oyster's business objectives and regulatory requirements.
The Head of Compliance will be the guardian of Oyster's regulatory framework, ensuring that their properties adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. They will lead compliance training initiatives, oversee internal audits and compliance reporting, and stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams. They will be able to develop and execute long-term compliance strategies that align with business goals, and have exceptional attention to detail with a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management.
