Electrical Construction Project Coordinator

A highly skilled Electrical Package Manager is required to coordinate the delivery of electrical construction projects in west London.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage the construction, completion, and post-construction obligations of the building services package.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to produce design reviews, method statements, and time-related information for tenders.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of PCSA stage from design stage 4 to procurement phase completion.
Your Skills:
  • Preferably hold a degree in building services, mechanical or electrical engineering, or relevant HNC/HND qualifications.
  • Demonstrate understanding of building services design principles, construction techniques, commissioning, and handover requirements.
  • Show ability to communicate and cooperate with subcontractors, consultants, and team members as part of a cohesive team.
  • Understand health & safety rules, regulations, CDM, and company policies.
Compensation:

£68,000 - £83,000 per annum.
