Examiner - International GCSE - Further Pure Mathematics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Examiner to join our team in marking International GCSE Further Pure Mathematics papers.
About the RoleAs an Examiner, you will be responsible for marking candidates' responses in accordance with the pre-defined mark scheme, while adhering to conditions of recognition and examination procedures.
You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including:
- Marking candidates' responses accurately and consistently to ensure overall standards are maintained
- Submitting samples to your Team Leader at designated times
- Ensuring milestones for marking are adhered to
- Completing all administration tasks as specified
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One academic year's worth of teaching experience within the last 8 years, within the relevant qualification subject, and since qualifying as a teacher
- A degree or equivalent qualification
- Qualification as a teacher
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A high level of subject knowledge in order to apply the mark scheme
