Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asset Data Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. This includes providing safety and quality assurance support, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

This role requires strong computer literacy in programs such as Word processing, PowerPoint, and Excel. Additionally, knowledge of WSCC policies and procedures is essential.

  • Ensure compliance with all policy, procedure, standards, and regulations;
  • Participate in data collection and analysis including the identification of trends and conducting interviews;
  • Collect information and compile it into a final report supported by facts and data;
  • Work with Department managers to establish Corrective and Preventative Actions;
  • Assist with data entry and tracking of the company Safety Risk Profile;
  • Participate in company orientation and introductory SMS training;
  • Conduct Audits of various areas of the Company as assigned;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline;
  • Knowledge of WSCC policies and procedures;
  • Strong computer literacy in programs such as Word processing, PowerPoint, and Excel;
