About the Role
The Senior Estimator will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed estimates for construction projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, including bid managers, planners, design managers, and commercial and delivery teams. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies and solutions* Manage selected contractors to ensure quality delivery and value for money in all tender submissions* Implement risk and value management strategies throughout the tendering process* Prepare and maintain accurate records of estimates, including methodologies, assumptions, and sources of data used in the estimation process* Present estimates and discuss project details with internal and external stakeholders* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field* Proficient in estimating software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
