We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in Weston Super Mare. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that communal areas are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of communal areas in sheltered schemes and general needs properties
  • Removing bulk rubbish and fly-tipping
  • Working with customers to identify issues, resolve problems, and improve services
  • Completing all necessary documentation and paperwork
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition

We offer a competitive salary of £23,835 per annum (rising to £25,090 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance) and a comprehensive benefits package, including 24 days annual leave plus public holidays, a pension scheme, life assurance, and employee advice services.
