We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Elev8 Recruitment Ltd. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Import & Export Mastery: You will be responsible for managing all import and export activities, ensuring that goods are moved efficiently and customs queries are handled promptly.
- Document Guru: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date cargo documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customs regulations.
- Vendor Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and customs authorities to secure the best shipping deals and ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Cost-Cutting Champion: You will regularly review freight costs to identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
- Compliance Checker: You will ensure that all logistics processes are compliant with the latest regulations and industry standards.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination, particularly in import/export.
