The RoleThis position plays a vital role in supporting our Trade Marketing Manager (On Trade) and Growth Channel Marketing team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Category, and Finance departments to execute successful business strategies with major customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Liaise daily with the Sales team to address requests and needs promptly.
- Brief artwork into multiple agencies and manage financial trackers effectively.
- Collate customer-specific presentations and maintain on-trade assets on our internal DAM portal.
- Distribute, track, and replenish on-trade customer kits efficiently.
- Assist with day-to-day management of the Jack Rabbit Wine Club.
- Contribute to writing copy and proofreading for PR publications.
- Create mock-ups, translate content, and assist with artwork requests (EMEA).
- Support the wider Marketing team and participate in company-wide projects.
- Prior relevant experience will be considered.
- A clean UK driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
You'll possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Your creative problem-solving skills and adaptability will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:- Entry-level position ideal for someone starting their marketing career.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.
At Accolade Wines, we offer an attractive rewards package, including:
- A competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Travel may be required within the UK, occasionally involving overnight stays. You must be willing to travel to the office at least 2-3 days a week, noting that our office location is currently in Weybridge but will move in 2025.
