Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a qualified counsellor to provide regular support to our analysts and taskforce members who work on the IWF hotline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly one-hour counselling sessions with 10-12 individual staff members at our Cambridge office;
- Additional counselling support for non-Hotline staff as needed;
- Annual report to the Deputy Chief Executive highlighting any key issues or concerns;
- Provision of relevant research and best practices to improve our processes;
- Collaboration with the Deputy Chief Executive on staff concerns.
