In-House Solicitor Role for a Dynamic Team

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly team as a Solicitor in Cheshire. The role involves working 3 days a week in the office, with a diverse portfolio of clients and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law and be able to work closely with other lawyers on various commercial and legal tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- You will be a key contact and legal advisor to the purchasing team and support functions.
- Ensure viable contracts that are legally robust and align with policies and procedures.
- Foster trust and confidence with internal and external clients.
- Be accountable for ensuring all contracts are in place before supply or commencement of services.
- Lead or assist in negotiation and re-negotiation processes for client contracts.
- Support the Legal and Compliance Director and assist in supervising and supporting solicitors and paralegals in the team.
Requirements: 3-4 years PQE, experience in a well-known/national law firm preferred, beneficial to have some in-house experience in a corporate business, and proven drafting and negotiation skills.
