Key Responsibilities- Provide nurturing and supportive care to our young people
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest quality care and support
- Participate in educational and recreational activities to promote the well-being and development of our young people
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our young people's progress and well-being
- A full driving license issued in the UK
- Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- Values aligned with Esland's, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare
- Aged 21 or above
- Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential
- Routes for progression and the opportunity to complete Level 4/5 Residential Childcare qualifications
- BILD accredited, paid induction training

With over 35 years of residential childcare experience, the Esland group now has more than 60 residential children's and assessment homes, and three schools, spread across various regions of England. We strive to support our children to achieve their very best outcomes through our bespoke residential care, education, therapeutic, and activity-led wraparound services.
