English Language Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced English Language Educator to join our team at Liquid Personnel. As an English Language Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students, with a focus on English Language and Literacy.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified English Language Educator to join our team and contribute to the educational development of our students. You will be responsible for planning, assessing, and delivering outstanding teaching and learning, using proven methods and approaches that enable all students to learn and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students, with a focus on English Language and Literacy
  2. Plan and assess student progress, using data to inform teaching and learning
  3. Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans, using a range of teaching strategies and resources
  4. Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  5. Contribute to the development of the English Language and Literacy curriculum, through collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. QTS and experience working with students with SEMH and ASC
  2. Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, using a range of teaching strategies and resources
  3. Experience of teaching English Language and Literacy, including GCSE and Functional Skills
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, to achieve shared goals and objectives
