Caregiver and Advocate

beBee Professionals is seeking a compassionate Caregiver and Advocate to join our team in Dundee. This role involves providing support and care to individuals with disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

• Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Develop and implement care plans, working closely with service users and their families to ensure their needs are met.
• Organize and facilitate community and social activities, enabling individuals with disabilities to connect with others and build meaningful relationships.

• High school diploma; certification in healthcare or social work is a plus.
• Experience in a support role for individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with service users and their families.
