Job Overview

A&D Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the solar market and driving the growth of our client's solar solutions.

  • Proven experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the solar market and renewable energy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at around £50,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £100,000.
