Retail Store Associate

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our trading team at Cancer Research UK. As an ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working as part of a team to achieve sales and fundraising targets, and maintaining shop standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and supporters
- Working collaboratively with the shop team to achieve ambitious sales and fundraising targets
- Maintaining high standards of visual presentation, safeguarding compliance, and health and safety in the shop
- Building relationships with the local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues
- Supporting fundraising events and activities to achieve fundraising targets
- Assisting with keyholder responsibilities as required
