Job Overview

A dynamic opportunity has arisen within our Vascular Surgery department.

We are seeking a skilled and confident leader to provide visible, supportive, and confident leadership to our nursing teams.

The successful candidate will liaise with the multidisciplinary team, enabling a smooth transition of service and directly line manage a group of nurses, Nursing Assistants, and Housekeepers.

This role demands exceptional leadership and organisational skills, with a passion for quality care and exceptional interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will inspire and motivate their team, encouraging the wider multidisciplinary workforce to engage in their vision for excellence.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will provide leadership to the Department's nursing teams, ensuring a smooth transition of service and directly line managing a group of nurses, Nursing Assistants, and Housekeepers.
