We are seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance Operator to join our team at People Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating Counterbalance Trucks to pick and select soft and hard timber products for customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving/operating an FLT Counterbalance Truck safely and efficiently
  • Picking and selecting soft and hard timber products for customer orders
  • Learning to identify the different types of wood
  • Checking the condition of the products
  • Adhering to health & safety policies and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Previous FLT counterbalance experience
  • Picking experience
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence
  • Experience working with timber/panel products
