About the Role
Sytner BMW Luton is seeking a skilled Bodyshop Advisor to provide exceptional customer care and manage vehicle repairs from start to finish.
As a Bodyshop Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, providing initial assessments of vehicle damage, and liaising with insurance engineers to gain authorization for repairs. You will work closely with the Bodyshop Manager to ensure customer care is always the top priority and repairs are completed within agreed timescales.
About You
We are looking for a great communicator who can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong organizational skills, accurate administration, and an eye for detail. Previous experience in the role is beneficial, but training can be provided. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being part of a busy team, and strive to achieve goals, this could be the role for you.
We welcome applications from experienced Bodyshop Advisors, Estimators, or Vehicle Damage Assessors. If you can demonstrate first-class customer care skills, strong organizational skills, and accurate administration, we can provide a long-term training and development plan to help you gain industry-recognized qualifications.
