About the Role:

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. You will be the go-to person for managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, and inspiring your colleagues to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, taking ownership of the store and leading by example to support your colleagues.
  • Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers, embodying the values of Lidl and providing a positive work environment.
  • Lead and inspire the team to fulfill their potential every day, using our Leadership & Company Principles to drive excellence.
  • Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned leader with experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. You should be an excellent communicator, with a knack for time management, delegation, and problem-solving. Your ability to monitor, manage, and improve KPIs will be essential in driving business success.
