Swimming Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Coach to join our team at Sports Generation. As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to clients of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver swimming lessons to clients in a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of clients
  • Monitor and assess client progress, making adjustments to lesson plans as needed
  • Provide feedback and guidance to clients to help them improve their swimming skills

Requirements:

  • Hold a Swim England or STA certification
  • Have experience working with clients of all ages and abilities
  • Be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
