Exciting Opportunity for a Financial Leader
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Recruitment Helpline. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in developing and leading a team to improve financial control and planning for our fast-growing group of companies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience in budget planning, cash flow forecasting, project accounting, and financial control processes. You will work closely with our senior management team to build a deep understanding of our business and bring your financial expertise to bear in driving our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth
- Lead a team of financial professionals to improve financial control and planning
- Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA fully qualified
- Experience in budget planning, cash flow forecasting, project accounting, and financial control processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Sage or Xero
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Intercompany invoice controls
- Handling HMRC interactions
