Barista Coordinator

Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Starbucks in Newmarket, CB8 0XG. As a key member of our coffee shop staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Salary

The hourly rate for this position is £11.75 above 18 years old and £9.65-£7.15 for those aged 17 and 16 respectively. This is a part-time opportunity with 16 hours available per week, providing a stable income stream.

Job Description

As a Barista, your primary responsibilities will include preparing high-quality beverages, managing cash transactions, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a strong ability to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role or relevant training would be beneficial but not essential.
