We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Safety Regulation Specialist to join our team at Outsource UK Limited. As a key member of our team, you will provide regulatory expertise for nuclear safety compliance, working closely with our client, BAE Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on nuclear safety regulations, licenses, and permits to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance and provide guidance on safety best practices.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on nuclear safety regulations and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in nuclear safety regulation and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
