We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Programmes Coordinator to lead the delivery of our NHS Cadets programme in Sja's West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting young people onto the programme and ensuring they maximise their opportunities.

The role involves supervising youth support staff and volunteers to deliver the programme, as well as delivering engaging content and administration tasks. If you have experience in teaching, training, or coaching young people, we would love to hear from you

About You:

  • Educated to GCSE level (Grade C/4) in 5 subjects, including Maths & English.
  • Experience of teaching, training, or coaching young people.
  • An understanding of Youth/community work and barriers faced by marginalised communities.

About The Role:

  • Deliver the NHS Cadets programme effectively, ensuring engaging content and administration tasks are completed.
  • Supervise St John Ambulance youth support staff and volunteers to deliver the programme.
