HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Operations Manager to join our People and Culture team at YMCA Robin Hood Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our HR administrative function, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, and delivering an excellent employee experience from induction to the leavers process.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage HR systems, processes, data, and administration to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policy and best practice.
- Lead on the review of our policies and procedures, and update our intranet site.
- Work with the Business Partner team to ensure managers have access to key HR data about their staff and service.
- Support the progression of the HR Strategy for the Group, identifying process improvements and implementing them with your team.
- Educated to degree level or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- FCIPD Qualified.
- Equivalent of 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) increasing 1 day each year for your first 5 years.
