About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Early Years Educator to join our team at The Learning Tree Nursery School in Romford, Essex. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for our children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Encourage a love of learning through high-quality teaching and ensure all children have rich and stimulating experiences.
  • Work in partnership with the existing educator team to create an inspiring working environment and ensure the successful running of the nursery.
  • Provide ad-hoc cover as and when needed by the nursery, including full-day, morning, or afternoon sessions.

Requirements

  • Level 2 or 3 qualification within early years preferred, but unqualified Educators with experience will also be considered.
  • Experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under the age of 5 is highly advantageous.
